  Went in to get my uniform, and when I got home to fix my awards, I noticed that the uniform was missing a button. I took it back to the store, and they immediately pulled out their “policy” saying that I should have checked the uniform before leaving. The problem is, no one told me about this policy when I picked up my uniform. They also said it wasn’t their fault and didn’t make any effort to help resolve the issue. I ended up having to leave with a uniform that was still missing a button. I went to Sunya Cleaners, and they fixed it the same day. They only charged me the same $2 I had already paid at Mimi’s to have the button fixed in the first place. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Mimi’s. The customer service and willingness to make things right were disappointing. I should have gone to Sunya Cleaners in the first place.
