    Killeen Lowes Is the worst Lowes I have ever shopped at. I bought a clothes washer from them. I got it home, plugged it in and the machine does not work. Just getting through automated answer service took forever. When I got through no-one seemed knowledgeable about returns.

    Not sure why Lowe's has their own License plate readers (LPRs) on every entrance to the parking lot, but these cameras collect real time personal information. Are they selling the information? I'll never go there, again!

    I order materials on line. Waited weeks they canceled for no reason then they said next Wednesday which is today . Then I received a message the order was canceled bye Richard Martinez for unknown reasons. Called the store tney answered after phone Rand for over 5 mins Spoke with Pro desk They said they would get with Richard Martinez to try and get an answer from him I waited 40 mins without a response. Called main # the phone went to an automated sys then they transferred me after another 15 mins no one answered Called again finally got a live person she said they have no idea why ordered was canceled they have the material but because it was canceled I’d have to reorder once again. This is a terribly ran store avoid this store if you can!

    My in-laws decided to hire Lowe's in Killeen to replace their back doors. The day that the installation was to happen, employees showed up but they had the wrong set of doors. The doors that the put on the truck to be installed were not the correct doors and were even too big to fit. After realizing this, and after giving my in-laws a hard time about the correct doors as the employees were assuring them they were correct, they loaded them back on the truck to return them to the store. My in-laws decided to go up to Lowe's in Killeen and see what the actual issue was. 1st they had to wait for a manager to be available, and after a while when one wasnt a customer service rep told them she could help them. After realizing the mistake on Lowes' end, the rep said that she could order the doors but it would be 5 weeks before they were delivered. 5 weeks!! How were they told the doors that they ordered were in stock and now the day they were to be installed its gonna be an additional 5 week wait?? Who is not doing their job?? Why were they told they were in stock when they ordered them and now magically they are not??? It doesn't make sense!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! To add insult to injury, they are now charging them almost $500 TO RESTOCK THE WRONG DOORS!!! This was Lowe's fault, not theirs, and they have the audacity to charge a restock fee of $500?? When they told the rep that they were not going to pay for Lowes' mistake, the rep told them the charge had already been made to their credit card. When they told the rep that they needed a refund, she told them "No, were not going to do that". Are you serious?? This was a mistake made by Lowes, not them and you have the nerve to charge for them?? Why?? Where is the logic in this?? Lowes needs to get on the ball and have this situation handled before things get escalated and counselors takes this over to have justice done for them! This is insane!!!!! Lowes, you owe them a huge apology and a huge refund!!!! Best to make this right, before this climbs the chain and you have more openings due to people loosing their jobs over this! I will not back down from this company until they correct their mistakes when it comes to my in-laws! Absolutely ridiculous!! Despicable company with even worse morals, apparently. Do yourselves a favor and compleltey skip this company when it comes to doing any remodeling of your homes or businesses!! They will mess it all up and then charge you for their mistakes!! Not gonna sweep this under the rug as far as Im concerned! I will keep on this until it is resolved, and if that means having to talk to all the uppers all the way to the top, so be it. Everyone has a manager. Everyone has someone higher than them, so dont tell me Im the last person you can talk to. Nope! Im not an idiot and after working in retail the last 20 yrs I know EVERYONE has a manager/supervisor! Time is ticking, Lowes, fix this issue before your company is all over the media for taking advantage of seniors who had NOTHING to do with YOUR mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I had a terrible experience trying to contact the Lowe’s Home Improvement store. I called with a simple question about tool rentals, and the phone rang for nearly 20 minutes before anyone finally picked up. When someone did answer, I wasn’t greeted or asked how they could help—I was immediately placed on hold without a word. No explanation, no courtesy, nothing. I stayed on hold for a while hoping someone would come back, but no one ever did. Eventually I had to hang up without getting any help at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for something as basic as answering the phone. If you can’t handle phone inquiries or treat customers with basic respect, that’s a serious problem. Very disappointing experience.
