The staff at THIS Leslie's in particular has allowed my small company to succeed for the years we've been in service. The General Manager Jen, following in the footsteps of the former General Manager Addison, is what allows our team to clean pools to our high standard while using the quality products Leslie's has to offer. The Assistant Manager, Fabian, goes above and beyond to ensure that if I need a part, he'll track it down and get it shipped, if it's not currently in stock. Ja-el adds great conversation while being taken care of. Many pool companies in the area come to this store BECAUSE of the staff. At this point, my company goes where Jen goes. They've been so helpful in my company's success, that I can say if someone has a problem with this store, that someone is the problem.

The staff here is always very helpful and they consistently take the time out to explain test results and best practices. They actually run very good pricing during their sales even when compared to the larger stores so I purchase a majority of what I need in bulk during these sales.
