  We went to make a purchase today at leslie's pools, we choose our product went to the counter. The clerks told us in a not so polite way that they would not take our money. That they were only taking cards at this point. We asked why we were told they couldn't, then told due to a coin shortage. Well coin shortage or not paper money is still legal tender. Because of this we will no longer be doing business with a company that refuses to accept legal tender.

  Horrible experience. Especially the, big/tall, rude man at front. He hates his job and it shows. Its depressing to go in the store. Everybody says something different. Their advice is always wrong. I was told to add Alkaline Up with a perfect alkaline level, but low ph. Another time our ph was really low and same guy actually said, “Don’t worry about it!” We had a sample and he saw it. Excuse me Leslie Pools but a low Ph damages your swim spa system!!! They mix up a swim spa with a swimming POOL, which is at least ten times bigger. I’m just so frustrated. Is there any place else to buy chemicals in Killeen or nearby? Help!
