- KRKatie RoseMar 17, 20231.0Frigidaire sent L&G out to look at our Professional Series Stand Alone Freezer that was brand new and icing over inside all along the back wall. He came, took off my interior back panel and thawed the compressor as a temporary fix. Informed us he knew if the issue and would contact Frigidaire for a part. We have been ghosted ever since. Countless ignored texts and a voicemail that is always full. The number listed when you get voicemail is a different number than listed in Google, and different than what you actually dialed. Also appears to have not filed anything with Frigidaire as they have no record of him even showing up (which he clearly did). Huge waste of my time and back to square one with a frozen compressor again.

He will call you if you leave your information. He's very busy so be patient. He's worth the wait! We hold on to his number like it's gold.
