  I used to love coming to the Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but recently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It’s disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.

  Love it nice staff clean store even through it was packed they still had the lines moving very pleased with my visits there

  Absolutely a waste of ttime. Waited In a long line to check out. Cashier gave me a dollar discount by accident. Her "trainer " noticed after I paid. Refunded my money and wanted to pay again. I refused and left. This was all over $1. Even the other ladies in line felt it was wrong. But the moral of the story is why is this lady training if she doesn't even know what she is doing. After telling the head cashier 4 times what happened and he said he still doesn't understand, all I wanted was to talk to manager. Ended up leaving, I have a appointment and never got to even talk to a manager.

  So I had the most horrible experience I've been going to hobby lobby for like 30 years never had a manager to treat me like they did today we go in there and they have all of their Easter candy and everything marked 75% off it says 75% off Easter they have all the candy right up under it then when you get to the register they tell you oh the candy is not 75% off okay well there's a sign right over the top of it so the lady said I'll call the manager I feel like that's misleading I waited 20 minutes let everybody in line go in front of me so that I didn't hold anything up they get a lady and her name is Misty first of all it takes her 20 minutes to get up there I don't know what she's doing but they're calling her on the loud speaker they're yelling her name they're calling her on the phone she's somewhere doing something but what she's not doing is advantage in that store keeping up with the registers when they needed help they called Misty up they told her about the situation they pointed to it the sign was literally less than 10 in from the candy bags that I picked up and it said 75% off Easter so the lady says my name is Misty I'm not going to honor that the candy is excluded I said well then why do you have the bag over and she said look at the small print at the very bottom it says candy not included well then why do you have the back the big sign with 75% off really large over the candy and then have that in really small print I'll tell you why so they can mislead you and get you to the counter and then charge you more than what you expected to pay and most people would be embarrassed to even bring it up but I wasn't whenever I brought it to the manager's attention she was really rude she did not try to help me at all even the girl at the checkout said they really should have given you that for that and everybody in line was going wow that was really rude I'll never go to that hobby lobby again thanks Misty
