  Completely unacceptable experience. I rearranged my day for a scheduled appointment and waited over 40 minutes and they NEVER showed up. I called multiple times and no one answered. There was zero communication, no courtesy call, nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

  Clean Touch was excellent to work with. Jessica was very responsive with setting up our scheduled date (which I had to move due to weather) and Shelby did a terrific job dealing with some stubborn stains we thought would not come out. Overall very pleased and highly recommend them.

  They did a great job with my bedroom and guest bedroom and the stairway and the living room absolutely looks really nice! I would recommend them for a carpet cleaning to anyone!
