  I was not satisfied with my experience with this company. The technician who came to clean my carpet made the entire process feel confusing and unprofessional. I booked the service online for $110, so that was the price I expected to pay. However, when he arrived, he started suggesting different prices and payment arrangements. At one point, he mentioned charging around $200, but then suggested that if I gave him cash personally, he could charge me a different amount. He also said he would not charge me the higher price because he saw me reading my Bible. The entire conversation made me uncomfortable because I felt like there was too much negotiating and too many side deals being discussed. He told me that because I have pets, he would put down additional chemicals or treatment and still only charge me the original $110. I appreciated that at the time, but after the carpet dried, it still had the same unpleasant odor. I honestly do not know whether the pet treatment was applied because I could not tell any difference. I ended up having to purchase and apply carpet fragrance powder myself just to make the carpet smell better. The technician also spent time promoting his personal business, which made the visit feel even less professional. I simply wanted someone to come into my home, clearly explain the service and any legitimate additional charges, clean the carpet properly, collect the agreed-upon payment, and leave. Instead, I was left feeling confused, uncomfortable, and unsure about what services I actually received. Unfortunately, I would not use this company again based on this experience. My carpet still smells the same, and I did not feel comfortable with the way the pricing and payment options were presented.

  Morris came out to us! And did an excellent job! He was quick and was able to knock out dirt and stains from our couches! In the future we will be sure to give Morris a call!!
