Great experience here today. Scott greeted us on the way in and stayed with us through the whole visit — friendly, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed. The staff overall were helpful, but Scott is the reason we'll be back to this store.

Drove 45 minutes to this store only to receive rude service from a manager. The cursing, unnecessary & rude comments from the paint department manager, Forrest, were unprofessional & out of line. Even treated staff, that was actually helping us & was very nice, disrespectful in front of us. Made an elderly lady walk around two isles as he stated he "didn't want customers to mess thing up"! He even told us "y'all only want the cheap paint"!!!! Totally out of line. We spent over $2000.00 there today. Lowes lost a frequent customer that buys for a very large ranch today. There is NEVER any excuse for treating customers like this.

Had most of what I needed. Lynn that works in customer service really needs to fix her attitude. She rudely told me she can’t help me check to see if any more product was in store. Literally just needed to know if they had anymore product in stock. Had me wait in line and another customer service personnel came and helped me. She was standing there talking for the entire 30 minutes I was picking out tile. The two men working on tile watched me struggle to pick up grout and tile then the older gentleman rudely asked me if I was okay after I struggled to reach grout in the back. No I’m not, I had to climb shelves to get two heavy boxes of tile and climbed another shelf to get a box of grout after Lynn was rude and talked to me like was dumb for asking to see if she could check to see if some tile were in stock. They literally stood there taking while they watched me climb the shelves to get a bag of grout. They too were sitting there talking. I had Lowe’s cash to spend or I would have left. I shop at Lowe’s so much I had a couple hundred on Lowe’s cash. But I guess it’s Home Depot from now on.

My husband and I went in today. Looked for what we needed and only finding half of it. Went to checkout and it was SO UNCOMFORTABLE!! We went to self checkout and 2 workers immediately swarmed us. The man looking in our buggy and inside the EMPTY bucket we were going to purchase unnecessarily close to us. We weren’t even finished checking out and the woman starts snidely telling my husband to scan the bucket which I told her “I told him, we aren’t finished” which she ignored to continue her rude speech. They made it seem like we were criminals over a $5 bucket. I genuinely hope they are rude and make everyone feel uncomfortable and not just because of the color of their skin…
