Elijah was very professional and even worked a little bit past his closing time to make sure I had everything for my new unit that I just rented. Yes I’m that customer that walked in at 5:20 but he helped me and was very professional and sweet highly recommend

We have rented at the Kemah location of Extra Space Storage for several years. The service has always been great. Recently we were able to downsize to a smaller unit and Elijah , the store manger, was fantastic to work with. The process was smooth and seamless and any issue that arose he handled quickly for us. I highly recommend this location and give kudos to a great team focused on customer service.
