  Landscape systems did an incredible job on our landscape design and installation. Their semi annual maintenance always keeps the garden looking fresh and beautiful. Our neighbors constantly remark how beautiful our garden looks and love walking by to see it.

  We have purchased plants, supplies, etc. at Landscape Systems Keller Nursery in the past. As a longtime customer, our most recent experience is unlike any past dealings with this business; or any other nursery store we have utilized in the past. In March 2025, we made a significant investment in a single Japanese Maple from this store. It was selected, delivered, and planted in early April by their staff. We paid $75.00 for delivery, $200.00 to plant it, and $380.00 plus for the tree, compost, and fertilizer. We made an over $600.00 investment to add a 4 th Japanese Maple to our yard. Their guy selected this tree as the " best" one in their inventory, your planters told me where the best place was to plant it near our other Japanese Maples. They said it was a good spot but they would not plant it deep as they wanted to raise the ground level in the area. We were never given any warranty information or care instructions in writing. Verbal direction was simply to water it daily and give it the fertilizer we purchased from Landscape Systems every two months. This all seemed reasonable. The tree was already leafed when planted but never grew any new leaves the rest of 2025. The existing leaves remained in the tree for the most part; however there were a number of higher branches that appeared dead but were told not to trim until winter. This tree never took hold despite my nursing it along. I have three otherJapanese Maples in near proximity that thrive. I left a message at the store in April 2026 asking for help as the tree did not, and has not, performed. A employee came to our home and advised us to wait it out for a couple of months and continue to fertilize and water it as well as trim it by her instructions and hopefully it would grow. After two months it went from bad to worse and we recontacted her per her instructions as well as sent a picture. Her response was a polite letter stating there was nothing else to do, it might grow some on one side. She also added that she showed the picture to their horticulturist who simply said we needed a bubbler a year earlier. This was a first!! Never once in the whole one year process was a bubbler mentioned. I have 15 medium to large trees in my yard with no bubblers There are automatic sprinklers next to the trees which I supplement with hand watering if needed or when instructed. Never had any major plant not root and survive. I'm not an expert but I'm not a novice or someone who doesn't care about their landscaping. I have been patient doing wait and see with this tree and Landscape Systems for months after it was planted. It is now completely dead. The tree was not diseased. I cared for it as instructed over and over again. I can only assume it was not planted properly or in a spot where it would not survive. I believe in a case of a 4.4 star business that publicly pronounces itself as high integrity, they would have at least minimally offered us a replacement tree, or refund of the cost of the tree itself. I don't want to believe based on our past positive experiences that this Company never intended to honor a warranty or accept some responsibility for a failed tree they planted. I have written the owner as well and received no response. Look at the reviews closely and you will see that this is a repetitive theme with this Company for tree purchases that they install. My advice, don’t buy installed trees from this store. Gary McPherson

  Landscape Systems did an excellent job with our front flower beds! Ed Came out and reviewed the property gave suggestions of what plants would work best with the sun. We scheduled for a week later, and the team came out and redesigned our existing flowerbeds. Now we have beautiful flower beds. Highly recommend!

  From the beginning the process was very smooth. Help with choosing the beautiful sounding water feature, assisted in choosing the best plants for our needs. Roberto, the crew team leader got our opinions before installing everything. He and his team that completed the work were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Our backyard is absolutely beautiful. They also installed new irrigation and new grass. Hard working team. Completed all this work in 2 days.
