  UPDATE FOR INSTALLATION: The installer was actually in training, and I honestly would have never known. He embodied all the same qualities I mentioned about Tommy—professional, patient, and attentive to detail. He took the time to thoroughly explain how to properly maneuver and care for our blinds, which I really appreciated. He was also very careful when removing our existing window coverings, ensuring everything was handled with care. Brandon then came by afterward to review the installation as a second set of eyes, which further demonstrated the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This company truly goes above and beyond in delivering white-glove service. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We recently worked with Tommy from Stone Side Blinds, and the experience was honestly exceptional from start to finish. Tommy provided true white-glove service while helping us choose the perfect window coverings for our home. I genuinely had no idea what would work best for our space, especially because I suffer from allergies to dust and dust mites. Initially, I thought curtains would be the right option, but Tommy took the time to honestly explain how much dust curtains tend to collect and guided us toward a cleaner, more practical solution for our needs. What stood out most was that Tommy never tried to upsell us or push the more expensive option. Instead, he truly listened to our concerns, priorities, and lifestyle needs — especially regarding my children’s allergies and the functionality we needed in different areas of the home. We ultimately chose top-down/bottom-up shades, and we could not be happier with the decision. On top of that, Tommy showed incredible patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. One of our children became ill soon after our meeting, and we had to make changes to the contract. Tommy, was patient in making changes while we were in and out of the doctors offices. He was thorough, clear, understanding and at no point did we ever feel rushed, ignored, or pressured. What I appreciated most was how genuine and sincere he was. There were no gimmicks, no pushy sales tactics, and no pretending to be someone he wasn’t. He was simply humble, knowledgeable, honest, and focused on helping us make the best decision for our home. Tommy is honestly one of the best examples of how residential sales and customer service should be done. Because of him, I would absolutely use Stone Side Blinds again. So far, I give Stone Side an A+. Once we have final measurements and install I will update again!

  The product quality is outstanding, and exceeded my expectations. Jason was wonderful and informative. Helped us greatly selecting the style we want while staying within our price range. Brandon was friendly and courteous. He was able to finish the installation on time. Walked me through on how to use the remote windows properly. I highly recommend this business. Customer service is satisfactory from scheduling appointments to installation process.

  We worked with Travis and Alton and had a great experience. Alton came out and made the selection process fun and easy. Travis just came out and did the install and it looks awesome! Everything with Stoneside from design to install was a positive experience. We would definitely use them again on our next project.
