  I had two very different customer service experiences during my visit to this Lowe's. Unfortunately, Cynthia in the returns department was not friendly and came across as unapproachable. She acted as if I was an inconvenience to her day, which made the return process unpleasant. On the other hand, Alyssa in the Paint department was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and had an outstanding attitude. She went above and beyond to assist me, and her positive demeanor made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Employees like Alyssa are a great reflection of Lowe's, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

  I mean it’s Lowe’s, not everyone works in fertilizer right? Seriously though place is clean, I asked someone for help about a fridge filter and guided me with ease. My local try to fix it myself place.

  I’m honestly surprised I haven’t written a review for this Lowe’s yet. I’m not usually the person who leaves negative reviews because there are already plenty of people willing to complain. I believe great experiences deserve just as much attention, if not more, and this store has earned it. I’ve shopped at a lot of different Lowe’s over the years, but this location has consistently been one of the best. Every employee I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond to help, and today’s experience with Nate was another perfect example. My wife and I are handling the pyrotechnics for this year’s Fulshear Freedom Fest, so we needed to pick up the lumber we use for each fireworks station. Nate jumped right in and helped us find everything we needed, cut the boards to size, and even helped load it all into my trailer. Since it was just me and my wife, that extra set of hands made a huge difference. Gary also stepped in to help, and we truly appreciated it. As helpful as they both were, what stood out the most was Nate’s attitude. His positive energy, genuine kindness, and sense of humor had my wife and me laughing the entire time. You can teach someone how to stock shelves or cut lumber, but you can’t teach someone to genuinely care about people the way he does. Whoever is leading this store and building its culture deserves some recognition because consistently great customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. Every visit has been a positive one, and that’s no accident. We’re incredibly thankful this is the Lowe’s closest to our home in Fulshear. Keep up the outstanding work, and thank you, Nate and Gary, for making what could’ve been just another shopping trip such a great experience.

  The self checkout always accuses me of not scanning everything. Whether I have 1 item or 5. It always makes an employee verify my purchases. “We noticed there is a discrepancy on the number of items scanned” If anyone of color keeps getting the same treatment please reach out to me.

  I have been a long time customer. Two bad experiences did it for me. Recent is the worst. I bought a garage ready refrigerator a little over a month ago. It never cooled properly and food could not be kept in it. I called and a repair was scheduled. The man was baffled and said he did not know what was wrong but it may be a bad motherboard. My repair appointment was cancelled. Frigidaire said the part was unavailable and left a repair open ended. Wow - I called Lowes to help with that and help with a replacement. Received a rude response. 5 calls to frigidaire - I was supposed to sit with no idea IF my new refrigerator could be repaired ever. I am appalled at the horrible customer service. I am sitting with a lemon refrigerator in my garage right now. I also had a storm door installed recently. The door's rod is already broken and the door is only a few months old. The door slams shut and cannot be adjusted.The installation did not go well. They did not tell me in advance how they would fill a gap and glued cheap wood to foundation. If you want quality products and work - do not buy from this Lowes. I am appalled and will never walk into that store again.
