Writing this review to recognize Leyton. He is an exceptional employee. We were looking at a display and he approached us and asked if we needed help. (Note: we did not have to search for an employee as is usual for Lowe’s). Leyton then proceeded to assist & answer all questions . After he finished with us, we witnessed him doing the same with other customers! Leyton knows what good customer service is! Such a refreshing experience!

We had every conceivable problem checking out and Keyona was patient and kind during what might have been the most frustrating checkout experience of her day. Wish I could give 0 stars. Been remodeling and spent a lot at Lowe’s. Husband bought the wrong brand paint. His fault, but the national online Lowe’s policy says it can be returned. Bradley said the new boss said not at their Katy store…he agreed with me that it was wrong…but too bad. Out about $120 bucks in paint. Funny, I see tinted returns being resold right at the Katy Lowe’s paint counter. Our new paint doesn’t match our old. (Same color and formula) Yay!

This places sucks, every time I go they don’t have what I need. Yesterday 08/24/2026 I went around 11-12 to look for concrete mix and was looking for a Portland cement mix and went up to the pro desk to get some help and said it was right, but it wasn’t and I wanted to double check to see if they had inventory stocked on the shelves, well this took about an hour on waiting for associates to help, went around the store and they said it wasn’t their department. Went to Home Depot and was able to find what I needed and helpful assistance. That’s why I 100% prefer homedepot
