  After months of searching at other furniture stores, we still couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for. We knew La-Z-Boy was a premium brand and expected to make an investment, but the quality of the furniture and the level of customer service made it completely worth it. Mark was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to understand our nonnegotiables and walked us through every option that fit our needs without ever making us feel rushed. He even asked to see our home’s floor plan and photos of our current furniture so he could help us choose pieces that would complement our space. That level of care and attention to detail is something we hadn’t experienced anywhere else. Mark is incredibly professional and genuinely wants his customers to love what they bring home. Thanks to his guidance, my husband and I feel confident and excited about our purchase.   The guys here are great! My card broke down in their parking lot, and I can in to just wait in the a/c for my help.... he guys made sure I was comfortable and had water. They had no problem with me just hanging out for almost an hour. 10/10 would recommend 😁
