- HHappy face !5 days ago1.0Terrible management blamed kids for breaking something that was already broken saw it my self and would not listen to the father for a Christian store they sure run the store very poorly and have a Terrible attitude I will not be coming back to this location they should learn to listen poor kids

- SCS. C.Aug 25, 20265.0I always have a nice shopping experience at this Hobby Lobby. The staff is usually really nice and helpful. The place can get a bit busy especially during sales but the staff does a good job keeping the lines moving. I especially appreciated my last visit where "Suzette" helped me at checkout and was so sweet and patient while I was sorting through my purchases and asking questions about the sale prices. She was friendly, made conversation, and never made me feel rushed. Just wanted to give a shoutout because good customer service is rare in retail and helps for making a positive shopping experience.
- RCRoidy CruzAug 25, 20261.0On my visit on 08/25/26 around 1:10pm-1:27pm Cashier Suzette provided HORRIBLE customer service!!!. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I started shopping and I asked 2 employees to show me where the 90% OFF section was, so they took me there. I start grabbing all the items I wanted, I spent at least 2-3 hours shopping. I go to checkout with Suzette, first of all she was RUDE from the beginning, she had an ATTITUDE when I told her to make sure my items are 90% OFF, she goes to rudely tell me “All the stuff you’re getting is NOT 90% OFF”. I mentioned all the stuff was in the 90% OFF section. She shouted: “Well, not all the items are 90% OFF!”. I asked: “Could you help me put the items I don’t want back in the cart, cause I had surgery on my finger”. Suzette RUDELY and UNPROFESSIONALLY shouted: “I can’t step out of my register, you’re going to have to bring me the basket and the items close to me”. So this employee showed ZERO EMPHATY for a customer who’s injured and asking for help. I requested to talk to a Manager, Vanessa came, but wasn’t helpful either, she only apologized for the incident, but didn’t offer help loading my stuff, or anything else. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I won’t be back at this store. I wasn’t offered anything for all the HELL and INCONVENIENCE I went through. Even a gift card would have made my day brighter. But all the staff didn’t do anything to make me feel happy or satisfied as a customer. Go spend your money where you’re VALUED and APPRECIATED as a paying customer.
