We had a great customer service experience with McKenzie and her colleague. I was helping a family, and McKenzie went out of her way to walk me to where they were located in the storage building and also directed me to the restroom. The entire team was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very clean building.Excellent service!

The staff was absolutely great and accommodating in regards with helping locate the storage units, opening said units, and overall organization in helping collaborate with the movers my mother used. Mackenzie was in particular most helpful and gracious the entire time.
