I hate leaving bad reviews but I've had such a horrible experience with this facility so I'm sharing to prevent others from making the mistake I did. The service was good at first then it was horrible. First they trippled my rate 3 months after move in. Then I went to get something from my unit & found that it was infested with rats. There was rat poop everywhere. All over my belongings. It's disgusting. Then, I had been unemployed for a while, fell behind on my payments so they scheduled an auction. The problem is they add an additional $170 fee in order to stop the auction. Which is ridiculous b/c if someone is already struggling to make the minimum payment, adding an extremely large fee only makes it harder to catch up. I would not recommend this facility for long term use. Upon move in they ask you to leave a 4 star review which is why they have so many. But this place is a scam.

I feel like they did a great job. We had a little bit of confusion with the code. They're employing. Help me inside all my stuff was waiting for me. I put on my stuff in there they contacted me a little bit later to give me the correct code to get into the property i was able to pick up all my stuff first thing in the morning with no issues.

Sunny was our salesperson and she was amazing.She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the rates and details. We’re very pleased with our choices.
