This was a very easy process for 6months of using multiple big units as we were using these units as part of our expansion into the greater Houston area. we stored box trucks, work vehicles and materials in these units very easy to work with and having shipments delivered as well. there manager Olga was very helpful with questions and concerns and detail oriented in helping with the check out process and any miscommunication that I had on my end. we will be using them again in the near future. over all great place/space/location.

If i could leave 0 stars i would! The manager will NOT call when your unit is left unlocked, they will let your unit get broken into & call you a week later to tell you it is unlocked! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Cameras also don’t work!!

This place is *wonderful* as far as storage facilities are concerned. Single floor, climate controlled unites, remote gate access via app are among some of the things that stand out. Most impressive, however, is the stellar customer service! Olga went out of her way to cater to our needs. So friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about company policies. I feel so blessed to have found this establishment … what a gem!
