  We could not be happier with our brand new pool from backyard fun pools. From start to finish, the entire process was fast, smooth, professional, and completely worry free. The communication from the entire team was absolutely outstanding the whole way through. We were always kept informed, every question was answered quickly, and the entire project moved along seamlessly without the stress and headaches you normally hear about with construction projects. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our backyard into something that feels like a luxury resort. The Pinnacle Decking Overlay System is honestly one of our favorite parts. Even in the Texas heat, the surface stays cool, it has amazing traction so it is not slippery, and the lifetime transferable warranty gave us total confidence in the product and workmanship. Trevor was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was perfect. He helped us design the perfect pool and backyard layout, walked us through every option, and made the experience exciting instead of stressful. We spoke with several companies before making our decision and Backyard Fun Pools stood out immediately because of their honesty, professionalism, communication, and pricing. There were no games, hidden fees, or pressure tactics at all. It also meant a lot to support a veteran and first responder owned business built on integrity and taking care of customers the right way.   Received a proposal from this pool builder as expected. However, this builder spoke poorly of other builders (only contractor to do so) while berating my choice of contractors (who offered better warranties and quality of build). The icing was when Trevor sarcastically said “well good luck with that” before hanging up on me. I never expected nor would I accept this lack of professionalism from a contractor who wants my $90-100k project. After discovering the lack of professionalism from Trevor, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

  Told Randall Bolin, General Manager, needed a light replaced. An old incandescent to another one. He came out, tried to sell me more than what I needed. Told me that it would have to be changed to an LED, with a transformer, etc....NOT TRUE. Then he disappeared when I called a couple of times to find out a price. He could have just told me that the job wasn't BIG enough for him. Ended up getting another company to replace the incandescent fixture to another. Easy as that!

  Moved into a new house with a covered back patio and wanted to do something to enhance the look of my space and the concrete patio. I contacted Backyard Fun Pools and they helped me with a concrete overlay design that looks fantastic in my backyard. Trevor and Randall were both extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to coordinate the install on a date and time that worked for me and their installers were extremely friendly and professional, they helped select colors and design. Extremely happy with the product, service and price. It was great value and I would highly recommend.

  BACKYARD FUN POOLS DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB ON OUR POOL REMODEL!!! Their Pinnacle Decking Overlay product is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! The surface stays SO COOL, it is NOT SLIPPERY AT ALL, AND it comes with a LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY!!!!! These guys were WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than Allied and Zion Outdoors, and the quality speaks for itself. Trevor did a FANTASTIC job walking us through the entire process, helping us choose the PERFECT design, color, and every little detail along the way. We will DEFINITELY be using them again and again!!! Also, as a first responder, it meant a LOT to support a VETERAN AND FIRST RESPONDER OWNED BUSINESS. Honestly, how could you not want to support that? We are already looking forward to our NEXT PROJECT!!!!!
