  Quickest furniture purchase we’ve ever done! We came in to check out a sofa we saw online and were pleasantly surprised to find all 3 shades in stock in stores. Joe assisted with us the purchase and van rental. Upon bringing the product home we noticed there was some minor damage - called customer support & the Katy store and Phil assisted us and replaced the damaged good the same day at 0 extra cost. We’re so thankful for the great customer service and amazing genuinely unbeatable prices!!!

  A las personas que desean comprar en esta tienda no lo recomiendo ya que la atención al cliente es pésima no brindan opciones para ayudar al cliente y también ofrecen productos que no están en la tienda ellos lo ordenan al proveedory los clientes tienen que esperar el tiempo que ellos quieran y cobrar el mismo dinero, así que si les toca esperar 1 mes o 15 días no les importa. No brindan ninguna solución.

  We had an amazing experience buying furniture for our bedroom, living room, dining room and patio. Our salesperson, Milee Fatela, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied. She was professional and very patient with us as we considered all of our styling options. Great job and I will be shopping here again.

  If you are in the market for furniture 1,000% shop here and ask for Ken. My husband and I are moving from Long Island to Texas and were looking at furniture before we headed back to NY. This is our first time moving with no family and Ken made us feel like we were his kids and helped us more than just pick out furniture. He taught us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. His kindness meant the world to my husband and I. Weather its furniture or advice I highly recommend coming down to AFW in Katy and seeing Ken. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!

  I am requesting to speak with someone at the corporate level regarding an ongoing issue with a couch we purchased approximately one month ago. Since the purchase, we have experienced numerous problems and have had the couch exchanged five separate times. At this point, we are seeking appropriate compensation for the continued inconvenience. Each time we contact customer service, we are told there is no one higher up available to speak with. As someone who works in sales, I find that very difficult to believe—there is always a next level of escalation. Being offered a $200 credit on a $3,500 purchase, after everything we’ve dealt with, feels extremely inadequate and frankly quite insulting. In addition to the repeated issues with the product itself, we have had to miss work multiple times to accommodate delivery windows, all while working around your company’s schedule. The overall customer service experience has been very disappointing, and we have not been provided with any meaningful resolution or a way to connect with someone who has the authority to help. Please advise on how I can escalate this matter to corporate or to a manager with the authority to properly address and resolve this situation. I would appreciate a prompt response.
