When we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and then left alone to wander and look for what we wanted. There was always someone nearby in case we had a question. Dawn, my sales expert was so nice! I just received my delivery today and the delivery people not only greeted me nicely but asked me where I would like my furniture place. I was shocked that they would take the chairs upstairs. After the delivery was over, they said thank you and shook my hand. From start to finish. It was a 100% amazing experience.

Jacquelyn was fantastic to work with! She patiently explained all my options and made the exchange from a dual recliner to a single recliner seamless while keeping the sofa as is to fit my space. She even followed up after delivery to make sure everything went well. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!

It is so stupid that your delivery guys do not pick up my old couch and take it from my house when I order a new couch. I shouldnt have to get a third party involved that will not get the timing right before your guys show up with the new couch. I do not want to be without a couch for a day while I wait for my new couch to show up! And I cannot move my couch out of the way because it could injure me. Your delivery guys are fully capable of taking my old couch and discarding it. THIS IS SO INCONVENIENT.

Can I put ZERO STAR?
I Bought a sleeper couch and a mattress to be delivered together 2 weeks later. They only delivered the mattress. Upon calling the warehouse they said that they missed to see that I have another order and that they don’t have the stock in their store, but has to get from a different warehouse. I asked when is the earliest time that they can deliver it they said that wednesday. Like what?? That item has been paid weeks ago and mind you, your delivery is not free. I specifically requested for the items to be delivered on a weekend because we have to work on weekdays and nobody can receive them. They just told me sorry multiple times! Sorry does mean nothing when you have inconvenienced your customer.
The people who answered my calls just kept on saying, “well, we can’t do anything about it because we don’t have the stock here.” Like hello! don’t you do inventories? don’t you have lists of the items that have been scheduled for delivery?
Never again will I buy from your store!😡😡
