I apparently was listed as a reference which was never verified by me with Aarons, therefore calls should’ve never been made to me. I called to tell them to never call me again because they have left countless voicemails with me. Dan is the guy who answered the phone and had the audacity to tell me to not be “feisty” with him because he had only called once. Excuse me sir but you and your staff have constantly hounded me with phone calls in which I haven’t answered. Usually businesses get the hint. I don’t do business with you all so you should’ve just taken me off the list respectfully with understanding. How disgusting. Please take your business else where.
- LWLatricia WilliamsDec 1, 20171.0I entered a lease purchase agreement for washer/dryer. The salesman was very helpful and nice. Delivery however took approximately 4 days. Once they arrived my dryer did not work. I thought maybe there was a connection issue so I kept the dryer there. Electrician tested the outlet, it was fine. One month rolls around and I pay my note and tell them to come service the dryer. They scheduled an appointment (5p-9p). James calls to reschedule because drivers are running late. On the newly set date they call me during work hours to say “where are you, we’re here to switch out your dryer”.. of course I’m at work thinking James would have scheduled a time similar to my original appointment.. nope! He schedules it for noon-4.. once I contacted him he argues that I agreed to this time although it was never discussed. He again schedules another appointment 4-9p.. drivers show up at 9:20pm.. knocking hard (I have a doorbell), laughing and speaking loudly on the phone. As a single woman the unorofessionalism, disregard of my time, money, and personal safety resulted in the termination of my agreement with this Aaron’s. All talk no results. Not to mention they are overpriced. Best to save and purchase elsewhere.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
