- BDBrittney DilbeckMay 9, 20261.0Will not go through them again, They don't communicate together Constantly getting calls multiple times a day because they don't communicate on payment arrangements that we've made then they want to argue with you because the person you previously talked to didn't tell them then even after paying everything I still receive multiple calls saying payment wasn't made then they add late fees horribly ran or need better people in there I do daily payments on stuff and they still add late fees to items that been paid already because 1 or 2 items haven't been paid yet Carlos is great tho he will work with you it's everyone else in there that suck and horrible communication

- MSMeagan ShupakJun 5, 20181.0I have a iMac threw Tyler Arron’s and then I have a riding lawn mower threw the Jacksonville Arron’s. He gave me a good deal on the riding mower because it’s over 10 years old he told me if I had any issues to contact them well the belt came off the 3rd time using it and my fiancé works out of town and I’ve pregant so I couldn’t get down there to put the belt back on. So I called to let them know what was going on and 3 weeks have passed and no call NOTHING! So I had no other choice put the get on the ground so my fiancé could walk me threw how to put the belt back on the pulleys! But they damn sure called on the day the payment was due! It’s really sad and crappy customer service. I have a $1800 iMac and the Tyler Arron’s don’t even call me to ask when I’m coming in! They don’t even bother me at all and I always pay 3 days after the first because that’s when I get paid. I wouldn’t recommend the Jacksonville Arron’s or go threw them again. 2 more payments and I’m done with them.........

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
