    Great selection but customer service sucks! Walked in, employee looked at me, turned and looked the other direction. Stayed and looked for about 30 minutes not one employee asked if we needed help. Leaving walked by four other employees and not one of them said a word.

    This is the second time I've bought an appliance at this place and it was busted, and they only have a 2-day return period on appliances. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. What a scam. Our appliance guy couldn't come out to hook up our washer/dryer until after the return period, and it turns out it's faulty. They should at least test their appliances to see if they work before selling them. Not only that, but the sticker on the appliances we bought said "Dented/Scratched - Customer returned", but I had an appliance company come out and they said it had a busted control panel/circuit board. Seems like it didn't get returned to Lowes for a scratch at all... Shame on you Lowes.

    We went to shop for a new refrigerator as my friend recommended the place for us ,so while looking for a good one the closing time was at 8 pm we find ours at 7:45 pm but the employee was looking for a paper that showed the details of the fridge he was gone for about 10 minutes ,then he finally show up, we said ok we choose this fridge suddenly,the other employee I’m not sure if he is the manager he just said sorry it’s the closing time you may come back tomorrow !!!!!seriously !!!driving all the way here with my kids I was just asking him if we can just take it and pay he was like no maaaam I can’t do nothing it’s really not professional at all ,since I was there before closing time and wasn’t my fault to be at the cashier last minute,I’m not coming back even if they will offer me that fridge so rude and no costumer service at all .👎👎👎👎👎

    The tag price is usually final. Most items have cosmetic damage (some minor, some noticeable), so it’s a bit of a gamble. The upside is you get a short return window to test it at home (delivery fees usually not included). Overall, it’s worth checking back now and then you might find a great deal if you don’t mind a few dents.

    The first freezer we received was defective, we contacted the store and they set up the replacement for delivery and pick up of the defective freezer. We stayed home all day and the delivery driver called and then stopped answering and our freezer wasnt delivered. I called the store and spoke to a Desiree who said she would refund the delivery fee and set us up for another day. 2 days later we had the freezer delivered and the defective one picked up. I called a week later because I never received a refund of my delivery fee and was told to look out for an email because the manager had to process the refund. We still have not been refunded the delivery fee and cant get an answer from the store.
