  Incredible number of discounted refrigerators, washers/dryers and other appliances, some apparently in perfect shape and others with small to severe dents. Discounts range from 30%-75%, but expect to pay a $125 delivery fee if you can't transport your purchase on your own.

  Good place to find appliances, make sure a worker inspect the item before you purchase to make sure nothing is missing, because everything is as is. No one inspected the fridge we purchased and bins were missing but was there when I purchased it. Not sure what happened. I took pictures as well. I called management and he did give me a credit for the missing items.

  I had a very bad experience. Besides waiting two weeks for the delivery, when the day finally arrived, the driver had a very arrogant attitude, as if he hated his job or didn't want to do it. He refused to unload the refrigerator and stove, and they didn't work. The next day we went to talk to them about changing the delivery, and they told us that if we wanted another delivery, it would take several weeks. So we just brought the stove back and asked for a refund. Employees should provide better customer service.

  I recently purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from Lowe’s Outlet. The prices were good, but the delivery experience was extremely frustrating, and I think other customers should be aware before paying the $125 delivery fee. My ZIP code (76002) only qualifies for Friday deliveries. Unfortunately, I work on Fridays, so I had to arrange for someone to be home during the delivery. The washer arrived defective and needed to be returned. Lowe’s was able to schedule a pickup—but again, only on a Friday. I explained that I work Fridays and was told by Lowe’s staff that the delivery team would pick it up after 3:30 PM, so I changed my work schedule to be home by then. The day before the pickup, I received a text with a completely different 4-hour pickup window: 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. I called Lowe’s several times asking for help, but every representative told me there was nothing they could do because the delivery was handled by a third-party company and they couldn’t contact them. However, when I spoke with the delivery driver, he told me that Lowe’s is the one that sets the delivery timeframes. At that point, no one wanted to take responsibility. Instead of helping solve the problem, I was simply told that I’m “not the only customer” and that I would have to keep rescheduling the pickup until the timing worked for me. I understand that delivery schedules can’t always be perfect, but better communication and customer service would have made a huge difference. If you’re shopping at Lowe’s Outlet, especially if you work during the week, be aware that the $125 delivery service may not offer much flexibility with delivery or pickup timeframes. If you have a defective appliance, the return process can be just as difficult.
