My Dad had been paying for a storage unit elsewhere, as it was completely rat infested! So he spent all day cleaning his stuff and we moved same day. Well, he had been paying for a unit closer to home and kept it empty but, when we got there to move they had put a lock on his unit and, we couldn’t get in! They had no office hours posted, no emergency service number, no way to get a hold of anyone. So thankfully I looked up Extra Space here and the lady was super nice and helped us with the renting process and gave us access asap and, they had a deal for 1 month free too! I appreciate how fast and efficient everything is there. I asked another tenant if they have seen any pests and they told me the maintenance man really does a good job keeping the area clean so they don’t have those issues! And the manager even contacted me to follow up on if we had any issues moving in or had any questions. So far our experience has been really great!
