After 2 1/2 years, I can say the experience was delightful. Especially the last bit when Richard was the manager. He went above and beyond anytime I needed anything. Including and not limited to taking my lock off in a Texas summer storm so that my Movers could be there the next day to move me out. I kind of wish I would’ve gotten a much smaller unit here again after I moved in to my new place.
The service Wonderful.
It did get kind of pricey with increases every three or six months. Which is why I had to move. But all in all highly recommend this location.

I have the very best experience with Justin over the past few months. It started when I needed to upgrade my storage for a few months to downgrading back to a small one. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Today I went to my storage to unload a few items and my key was stuck because the lock was rusted. He not only help me get the lock off without cutting it but gave me another lock and made sure it worked before he left. He is a 5 stare employee.. Thanks Justin
