Melissa was incredible. I’m going through a very hard time needing storage for my grandmother’s things after her passing. She helped me figure out the right size unit I needed and even let me talk out my feelings a little bit! She made sure I had the right level of insurance and even was concerned about whether I had help to get everything moved. What a caring, sweet person with excellent customer service skills. My other meetings and tasks handling my grandma’s affairs have been difficult and stressful but this was easy and went very smoothly. Thank you Melissa!
