  Mike Reed was an absolute life saver for me and my business. I initially contacted him based on the glowing reviews and he definitely lives up to them! I tasked him with a very unusual project which required getting 10 year old surveillance cameras back up and running in order to have evidence of suspicious activity for legal purposes. All of the work had to be done inconspicuously and at hours when no one else was in the building. Mike never hesitated and was always very understanding and accomodating despite his busy schedule. This project required multiple trips, late hours and a lot of technical savvy. It was a very stressful situation, and he always put me at ease knowing he would get the work done on time. Despite the difficult task, Mike was always professional, prompt and pleasant to work with! He knows his field and earned my trust from the get-go. He quickly took note of other items I might need help with and was able to assist with several other security needs that had to be changed quickly, such as my alarm system and wifi network. He understood the job at hand and kept everything very confidential. Mike was also always available when I had questions or ran into issues and stands by his work. He followed up multiple times to check on me and make sure everything was running as needed. Mike also charges a very fair price for his quality work! I would hands down recommend him to anyone in need of home or business alarm or security solutions.

  Mike Reed was SO helpful and I am very impressed with SAFE Solutions! Their home security systems are reliable and easy to use, the installation was quick and technician were professional and knowledgeable. Prompt service gave me peace of mind.   I don’t leave reviews very often, but Mike absolutely earned this one. I was dealing with an unusual alarm issue at a client’s home and had a hard time finding anyone willing to help. From the very first phone call, Mike with Safe Solutions was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding a solution rather than brushing me off. When he arrived, he quickly located the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had it resolved much faster than I expected. What stood out most was his customer service. He took the time to listen, answer questions, and treat the situation with care and urgency. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate people who operate with honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others. That kind of service is getting harder to find, and it did not go unnoticed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike and Safe Solutions to anyone needing alarm or security services.
