This review is specific to an associate at this Lowe’s location. Her name is Kelly and she works in appliances. There was a major mishap with a recent refrigerator delivery. The product was damaged upon arrival, I was assured by the delivery team that an order had been placed to replace the appliance. They offered to leave the fridge at our house while the replacement was being delivered so we would go another 3-4 weeks without a fridge. They said I would get tracking and order information soon. A week after the delivery no updated information had been received but I did receive an email saying the product (original damaged fridge) had been delivered. This made me very nervous so I spent the morning calling multiple Lowe’s stores, being transferred to multiple people until I was connected to Ms. Kelly (sent by God). She went above and beyond. She let me know that they did not complete the replacement order correctly and now the fridge was out of stock. She heard my distress so she worked really hard to find a solution. She was able to get a similar model at the original price (she advocated for a discount because of the issues experienced). She is amazing!!! Whenever I need an appliance I will go to this store and work with Ms Kelly. It’s not the closest Lowe’s to me but Ms Kelly treated me like a human and went above and beyond. She is truly a hero. Give her a raise and a promotion!!!

So sad to bring down the Hurst location with this review because the people we dealt with were absolutely great
Now, our history is with delivery, a few years ago we were to get a delivery of some articles. We were told 5 days. After 5 weeks we were told a few days. Very disappointed
Not to the current issue. We paid for patio set June 28 (Sunday). It was to be delivered on the following Tuesday the 30th. That was verbal, but the receipt said 7/2. Ok, that’s messed up but not exactly something to gripe about. The delivery info was communicated to us on Monday that it would be delivered between 8am and 8 pm
At 7:50 it was not here and did not arrive at all. So communication was that it would come on the 3rd. No such thing happened. Latest is supposed to be tomorrow 6th. We’ll see
I can’t complain about the communication except it has not been correct.
I will never purchase anything to be delivered from any Lowe’s without a penalty clause. Basically, tell me when, then we can agree on punishment for non delivery. Ok I’m quite sure that would not happen. I’m convinced it is their way of doing business. They got their money. We get our wait…
Until they decide to deliver
My suggestion is if it’s not at the store. Don’t give em a dime!

I wanted to say hoe pleasant my experience was at the first store a few days ago ( l meant to post this sooner) I was shopping for window cleaning supplies, im start my own window cleaning business, I met the nicest and most proactive and helpful sales associate angela ( She's the flooring sales assoc usually) best lady ever! In depth explained how Lowes could help me in a variety of ways through their rewards program, personally walked me over to the pro desk all the ladies at the pro desk were VERY helpful as well.. good job yall they made me a Lowe's customer for life! Especially flooring Angela! Cheers

This is the second time at this store in 2 weeks and the same employee help me. His name is Arnaldo. Both times he had to go seek a lift to get down real high what I wanted to purchase. I can't say enough about this young man he is outstanding!

I have been a regular customer at this Lowe’s and usually pick up items from the store myself. However, today I used the curbside pickup service because I had my small baby with me.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I waited in the curbside pickup area for more than 30 minutes with no response. I called the store several times and was transferred from one department to another, but nobody was able to help. When I finally went inside the store, the staff told me they did not have a phone and could not process the pickup.
I honestly don’t understand how this service is being operated. If the store cannot handle curbside pickup, they should cancel the order and ask customers to make a separate purchase instead of leaving them waiting. The lack of communication and accountability was very frustrating.
In the end, they wasted more than an hour of my time. This was a very poor customer experience, and I will think twice before returning to this store.
