Absolutely the easiest rental experience ever. We looked online, found our unit, rented and had it loaded in less than 1 hour. I thought it was a joke that they have it ready immediately but I can assure you he had the lock ready when we pulled up. Now we’ll see how long it takes to fill the unit.

Facility manager was phenomenal I’m a new renter at a different location with a manager who is unwell today. I needed to gain access to my new unit before leaving town for a while. The manager was incredibly helpful and very upbeat in her willingness required information. We’re it, not for the convenience of the facility. I chose. I would definitely consider changing facility sites.

Randy and the team at this location are on point. These guys follow up quickly and are very attentive. When you think about storing items at a facility like this you normally do not take into consideration customer service, you really focus on security.
