- AEAmanda EllisJul 24, 20261.0I am at the very end of buying an adjustable bed - loved the bed when we purchased it however shortly after the cord broke going to the motor so we let the GM , store manager & sales associate as soon as as it happened ( mind you this has been over 5 months ago) and the cut into the sheet rock with the leg of the bed upon delivery so the sales associate says ok I’ll start looking for a cord & I’ll write up a report for the wall damages —— Neither happened. I reported the issue every single time I went to the office to make a payment or an arrangement & still 5 months later NOTHING. The new GM did come out himself 3 days ago & tried to fix the motor but was not the correct motor or wire, the yesterday sent another worker installed another motor and it would not budge the bed so here’s my problem I reported the problem over 5 months ago to multiple employees it was never addressed , I have serious medical issues that’s why we got an adjustable bed in the first place & now they no longer make our type of bed!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
