  Extremely disappointing experience. We were fully prepared to purchase a heavy-duty metal toolbox costing around $500, but getting anyone to assist us was nearly impossible. We asked numerous associates for help, and no one seemed interested in assisting us. After waiting almost 45 minutes, we were finally approached by a gentleman who was supposedly a manager. Unfortunately, his attitude was even worse. He was dismissive, rude, extremely unhelpful, and actually rolled his eyes at us when we were simply trying to make a purchase. If this is the level of customer service your company considers acceptable from management, I seriously fear for the future of this store. We came in ready to spend $500 and instead walked out without purchasing anything solely because of the dismissive and disrespectful behavior of this so-called manager. He either needs significantly more training in customer service and management or should not be in a management position at all.

  Most employees are helpful but Doris in the Return desk has been rude and seems to have an attitude for no apparent reason! I’ve been working in the Humble area for the past few weeks and every-time I need to go to customer service she barely acknowledges any customersand when she does you can tell she hates her job. I have a Pro account with Lowes but will definitely be driving out to home depot instead of stopping at this location

  Waist of time. Choose Home Depot. This Lowe’s has derelict customer service people on the floor. They only depend on their little iPad devices. Don’t use them if you want just basic home needs. Employees are not trained nor give a hoot other than clocking out. No star for me if this platform was an option

  the customer associates I encountered in Seasonal that were just clocking in from lunch they're words. I asked if there were any more of this product. One replied they're on the back wall . I said the wall slot is empty .. that same associate pointed at another associate who was helping someone else and said she works here too wait for her. seriously? More over after leaving I tried calling the MOD to explain my experience, the automated service transferred me twice and one live employee answered "hello" just,... "hello." Then transferring me one more time until the service hung up on me entirely. I'm Flat out disgusted with such lack of customer service.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I went to Lowe’s to purchase an EGO string trimmer after seeing it advertised on Lowes.com. The website showed a price that was approximately $40 less than the in-store price for the exact same item and SKU. There was nothing on the product page indicating that the price was “Online Only” or that the store would not honor the advertised price. When I asked about the price difference, I was referred to the store manager, who refused to honor the price. I was told the lower price was because of excess inventory in the warehouse. As a customer, that explanation didn’t make sense. If I had ordered the item online for store pickup, it would still come from the same supply chain. I then contacted Lowe’s Customer Care and even spoke with a supervisor, but they also refused to make it right. The $40 is frustrating, but what bothers me most is the lack of transparency. If the advertised online price is not available to customers shopping in the store, that should be clearly disclosed on the product page before people make a trip to the store expecting to pay the advertised price. This experience has made me now never shop at this store again and will go to the competitors who still value in store customers. UPDATE: As you can see Lowe’s responded to my original review asking me to contact them, which made me think they genuinely wanted to resolve the issue. I took the time to reach out, explained everything again, and…nothing. No resolution, no effort to make things right, and no change in their position. At this point, it feels like those public responses are more about making it appear that they care than actually helping customers. They asked me to spend more of my time contacting them only to end up exactly where I started. If you’re going to publicly invite customers to reach out, at least be prepared to do something beyond sending a generic response. Unfortunately, this experience only reinforced my original review.
