  Extremely disappointing experience with Leslie’s customer service. I have had a commercial account with Leslie’s for years, and this is the first time I have needed to call and request pricing. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I called today, September 1, at 2:04 PM. The representative placed me on hold, and I remained waiting for an entire hour before I finally had to hang up at 3:04 PM. I called back two additional times, and instead of allowing me to explain why I was calling, I was immediately placed on hold again without even being given the opportunity to speak. I understand that businesses can get busy, but keeping a long-standing commercial customer on hold for an hour without providing any communication or assistance is unacceptable. Management needs to look into this situation and take the appropriate steps to address it. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a company I have done business with for years. I hope someone from management takes this seriously and follows up regarding what happened today.

  Scoundrels close before time when customer is at door step at 5:59 pm when hours are upto 6 pm.

  I would give it zero stars if possible. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the store. Fast forward to the current issue..We purchased a Polaris pool cleaner in June 2025. Had a warranty issue And took it in on April 1. As of today, it is still not repaired They never answer the phone when you call No email communication as they proclaimed to do Today on May 16, 2026, I was on hold for 47 minutes trying to check the status of the cleaner (it became personal) Had time to drive to the store only to be told It was not repaired that the parts still needed to be installed… The parts that I was told two weeks ago would be there the next day. The guy knew immediately who I was so if they’d answer the phone he could e relayed that info… I could’ve saved a trip up there. As soon as I get my pool cleaner back, I will never return to this location. I will drive miles to avoid this location, and the guy who works there who is unprofessional and condescending to women.

  The Manager and his Assistance really are the most helpful people. We just had our pool installed and they have answered every question I have. Their knowledge and willing to help and suggest I can not say thank you enough. Yes the price for some of their products are higher then other stores but for they knowledge is priceless.
