- GIGSF Incorporated IncMay 25, 20261.0Last year I purchased a $5,000 recliner from this location and when it arrived the seams in the upholstery were off center between backs and seat cushions by over 1 inch. The store would do nothing since it was a custom order and they are only a reseller for La-Z-Boy. I contacted their warranty group and they took over a month to get back to me with what seemed to be a band aid fix. I refused this and filed a complaint with the BBB. As expected, La-Z-Boy never responded to the complaint. This company has no quality control worth a damn. I was not home when the recliner arrived or I would have rejected it outright. I waited two months to get this recliner and really so disappointed. La-Z-Boy is a big US company, so it's disappointing that I chose to spend my money with them vs. others that import everything. My next move is to send a complaint to their CEO.

- GSGanel SykesApr 22, 20263.0Bought an electric recliner on November 13, 2025. Bought the extended warranty. On April 22, 2026 the recliner moved all the forward to the floor. Unable to move the recliner into a sitting position . So the recliner is not usable. When we called for assistance we were told it would be 2 weeks before a repairman would be available. We were also told Humble is not in a convenient area to service. I would not recommend Lazy Boy and definitely not the extended warranty.
