  I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience at this location. The woman who appeared to be the manager lady with dreads made me feel stereotyped and judged simply for needing to use the restroom. First she asked me if I was going to buy anything when I told her I simply needed to use the restroom. I normally always buy things from this store as it’s my favorite store. The way she questioned me and then rushed me was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful, especially when there was no one waiting for the restroom. I left feeling embarrassed and upset over an interaction that should never have happened in the first place. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect, and I shouldn’t have to feel singled out as a customer. This experience has completely changed how I view this establishment, and I will not be returning.

  Absolutely vile attitude and disgraceful customer service. A woman who appeared to be the manager (very skinny, dreadlocks)was rude, arrogant, and unnecessarily hostile. After questioning why I needed the restroom, she proceeded to knock on the door barely 30 seconds later, demanding I hurry because other customers supposedly needed it. Nobody was waiting. The level of pettiness and sheer lack of professionalism was astonishing. Imagine being so miserable that policing someone’s bathroom time becomes your priority. If this is management, it’s no wonder the customer service is so abysmal. An absolute embarrassment to the company and a prime example of someone who has no business being in a customer-facing position. I definitely wont be spending money at this location again.

  8-30-26 - 4pm- When we had a question & inquired for help, a manager on duty whom was passing by, snatched tag on furniture & held it & said read and briskly walked off. We made it known to associate there , that it was really wasn’t nice of her to have that behavior as we were customers needing help. The associate responded that she maybe was busy & justified managers behavior. (Manager was blonde, heavier build, wearing all black clothes) We left store few moments later & found her rushing out the door as we drove off, she seemed to be mumbling to herself as she was walking.

  I just wanted to share that this location is the best Wotld Market I have ever shopped at! I was in Houston helping my daughter move into her grad school apartment and we had the most helpful sales consultant, Kimberli. She went above and beyond to make our shopping experience pleasant and streamlined. She is a very valuable employee who is top notch!
