  Isabella is the most outstanding sales representative! She makes the process of buying a mattress so easy!! I've gone to so many different stores and been put off by the pushiness of the sales reps. She is such a breath of fresh air!! I'm so glad I came to this location!! No pressure whatsoever!! I am thankful to have found this gem of a store!

  Do not buy from this store. The store took my order over a month ago, quoted delivery time. Delivery time has doubled, Tempurpedic told me the carrier had the bed. After pushing to speak to carrier, I was informed Tempurpedic did not actually ship and they are unable to explain where the bed is.

  We had a great experience at the Tempur-Pedic Houston City Centre location. Sherman Smith was very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and helped us understand the different mattress options without making us feel rushed or pressured. The store was clean, comfortable, and easy to shop in. I would definitely recommend asking for Sherman if you visit this location!

From the very beginning, they took the time to truly understand my needs, answer my many questions, and help me find the right mattress for my situation. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the best decision. One piece of advice I'd give anyone considering a Tempur-Pedic is this: **go into the store and test the mattresses in person before you buy.** That made all the difference for me. Being able to experience the different models and receive personalized guidance gave me confidence that I was choosing the right mattress. What impressed me most was that their excellent customer service didn't end after I placed my order. Sherman, Chris, and Isabel stayed engaged throughout the entire process. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they addressed them promptly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It was clear that they genuinely wanted me to have a great experience and enjoy my Tempur-Pedic for years to come. If I had one suggestion, it would be for Tempur-Pedic to make these products more affordable.   I came into the Tempur-Pedic store expecting to simply replace a mattress that had been approved under warranty. Honestly, I wasn’t sold on Tempur-Pedic anymore. I’d spent the last four years sleeping on a mattress that never worked well for me, and although it eventually developed a crack that was covered under warranty, I had been disappointed with it long before that. My experience with Christopher Rylander store manager completely changed my perspective. He spent about 45 minutes with me, listening to the issues I’d been having since I first purchased my mattress and explaining the differences between the various models. Unlike my original purchase through a third-party retailer, I never felt rushed or like I was just being sold a mattress. Instead, Christopher took the time to help me find the right fit for my body and my sleep needs. After trying several models, I found one that immediately relieved the pressure I’d been experiencing in my back. For the first time in years, I actually left excited about sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic again. Christopher’s knowledge, patience, and genuine desire to help completely changed my outlook on the brand. If you’re considering a Tempur-Pedic, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Christopher. The personalized experience made all the difference. 10/10 recommend!
