  Patrick, my sales rep, was quite helpful in assessing with my purchase of dining furniture. He also offered me a choice of refreshments which I gladly accepted! Star has great quality brand names in all areas of furniture and decor! It’s what keeps us returning to purchase new items for our homes! Great customer service as well!

  Excellent experience, from the second we walked in, to choosing the piece we settled on, and finalizing. The selection is broad, and the quality is top notch. We had the pleasure of working with Gerard Charles, which only made the experience that much better. We were torn between two very nice media centers, both with unique 'wow' factors. Gerard walked us through what we currently have in the room, how each piece would accent the options we were deciding between, and ultimately helped us land on the perfect choice. For another HUGE added bonus, he was able to get us on the delivery schedule within the week. Thank you, Gerard! You have definitely earned our continuous and repeat business.

Freeway) Houston, TX. and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional without being high-pressure. Customer Service: A huge shoutout to my sales associate Debora La”Rue who was and always is incredibly knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to what I needed for my living room rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive chairs on the floor. She was patient while I tested out different chairs and helped me navigate other options so I could get exactly the look I wanted. It’s rare to find a person that strikes such a perfect balance between being helpful and giving you space to shop. Pricing and Value:I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. They have a great range of high-end brands like Hooker and Bernhart, but their "Low Price Guarantee" really gave me peace of mind. Also, the Clearance Outlet store have incredible steals—quality pieces at 40-60% off. Compared to other big-box furniture stores in the area, the quality is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a furniture store that actually values its customers and offers fair, transparent pricing, I highly recommend Star Furniture. I’ll definitely be returning for my next home project!
