Your twice-a-month promotion for those over 60 is ineffective. It limits me to the smallest machine for 1 free wash. I am grateful that you recognize a need; however, you really aren't fulfilling a need. In my email, I stated that when the "over 60" individuals could use a larger washer, there were multiple people coming on Wednesdays. They stayed and used the dryers, which led to additional revenue. Now those people are not coming for 1 small washer, the smallest in the building. Maybe you don't "care." You should consider a different email address, as that appears to be the case. To be truly effective, this promotion needs to address the need and truly show "care" and concern. đź‘Ť
