- TFThink FirstApr 25, 20261.0I added 10 dollars to my card. At least I thought it was added. I took it to one of the dryer machines and it said there was not enough money to start the machine. I tell the employee that it didn't add the 10 dollars to the card and he tells me "there is nothing I can do. You have to wait for the manager" and he said "i dont have proof that you added the money" I tell him that he can just check the cameras and see that I did but he refused. I've been to multiple laundromats in and around Houston that use coin less machines and this is the only one that is a hassle to add money, and now, to retrieve lost money. I should not have to wait for a manager to receive my money back. SMH. Please save the headache and go to SpinXpress, Space City, or Spark Laundry instead
