- LLL'Tanya4 days ago5.0😄 I absolutely APPLAUD the nice young lady with piercings. She works hard and keeps the store clean even when it's busy. She handled a disrespectful customer *PERFECTLY* tonight while I was here to do my laundry. Homegirl was awesome! I wanted to compliment her myself when I came back to get my clothes out the dryer but she was gone, so I thought a review would suffice. *AWESOME WORKER* I WILL BE COMING BACK AS LONG AS SHE WORKS HERE! 😄
- JHJanet HoffartAug 20, 20263.0This location has an amazing staff with one exception. There is a male that works that works the night shift that is very rude. Since the first time I came to the location he has made it a miserable experience. I have been a customer only twice. All the staff has welcomed me and my service dog Haley. Kenneth doesn't know anything about the rights of the animal or its owner. He hollered and told me I had to leave without even knowing the situation with my service dog. He violated my rights by denying me to enter a public location. The sad thing is that he was not happy so he resorted to reporting my dog for charging at him. Then went further and claimed my dog used the floor as it restroom. So I am unable to charge my phone there because he lied. I was so very appreciative of being able to have that blessing. I would simply plug my phone in and leave it to pick up later. So because he didn't get his way by me not leaving then he got me later. I hope that he is pleased that he victimized a little dog and owner.

I wish I could pull that off at 8am! They don’t shrink my clothes and are always timely with my washes. I live closer to another speed queen but this one is on point.
