  Great experience at Speed Queen Laundry! The place is clean, organized, and the machines are well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. I also really appreciate how comfortable and convenient the location is. Definitely a great place to do laundry, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and reliable laundromat in the area!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was my first time at Speed Queen Laundry, and I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer. She took the time to show me how to use the app to pay for the machines and explained everything very patiently. Her excellent customer service made my first visit so easy and comfortable. I really appreciate her help and kindness. Highly recommend!

  Would give ZERO stars if I could. I’ve utilized a laundry service for years now but decided to try this because it’s closer in proximity. I also saw an ad on IG for 50% off so I was definitely interested in trying them out. The first issue was that they couldn’t weigh my clothes in the hampers I brought. Every other location has commercial size scales where this isn’t an issue, so I was told they could give me one bag, but that I’d have to buy a bag for $1.25. Whatever. The clothes are weighed and I’m given a total of $122. I present my coupon and only then am I told they don’t accept this coupon at their location. Interesting as I’d just gotten it less than a week ago and specified this exact location. She had to call her manager for approval. Initially she said she would just do 26 lbs which would equate to half of my total, okay fine. However when she gave me my amount due it was $84. Now simple math will tell you that’s more than 1/2 of the original amount so she then goes on to say well I charged for the first bag (the heaviest of course) and the second bag is “free”. Again, whatever at this point I’m just ready to pay and rush to a 4:30 appointment I had scheduled. I present cash and then am told it’s a cash free facility. Where’s the signage to indicate such? I essentially wasted 10 mins for absolutely nothing, which also made me late to a very important appointment. They also spoke in Spanish in front of me, not knowing I’m Panamanian and my native language is Spanish. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend them for anything!

  This was my first time going to a laundromat in nearly 25 years. I had my roll of quarters and my basket of laundry. I walked in and the place was spotless. The air conditioner was working and all the machines were brand new! I was greeted by Vanessa who helped me navigate this entirely new process. She helped me find the right size washer for my load and walked me through how to pay which didn’t include quarters. Lol her kindness helped me not be so embarrassed and empowered me to do it by myself if I ever needed to come in the future. Thank your Vanessa again. Please support this very professional business!!!!

  Worst experience I have ever had. I have never been treated so poorly before in my life.l mark this day as never coming back to Speed Queen on Hwy 6 again. I tried to give this lady the benefit of doubt. She pick on me since I came in. She ask me was I finished with my basket so she could give it to someone else. I told her l wasn’t finished getting my clothes out of my car. She got so upset with me. I couldn’t understand why she was so mad. She called her manager and made a big deal out of it. The Manager ask me to message her but it was only after l said l would give a bad review. Offered me a free wash keep you free wash cause l’m getting in touch with Corporate cause she went around telling everyone she could what had happened. I even went outside to get away from her. No l differently wasn’t scared but l know me if she had push my button just a little more we would have had a problem. I’m not saying this to keep anyone away but I won’t be back anymore. Thanks for the bad experience l wish you well on unemployment trust me.l think some of the employees must do these reviews to get 5 stars.
