  Yulissa was incredible help to get me started for my first time at the laundry shop. She was very professional and friendly, making my experience great. Definitely will come back to do more laundry here.

  Multiple staff members including Julissa have kicked out customers prior to the business closing. Why do you have store hours of 11pm when you are kicking out customers an hour before close because you have to clean? That sounds like a staffing problem. This is not the first time I have experienced this here. Today Julissa told me in a rude remark, as I was looking at my phone at 10pm, that if I wanted to fold my clothes I needed to do it right then and there. Mind you I had JUST pulled my clothes out the dryer not even 2 minutes prior. When I questioned the store hours she told me she leaves at 11pm exactly. There were still multiple people drying their clothes an hour before the store closed. I felt completely soloed out because she didn’t tell anyone else this. So rude and unprofessional. If you need your staff to clean an hour prior then close the store an hour earlier.
