  This was my first time coming to this laundromat, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Sharita was absolutely amazing! she was kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me, not only with my laundry but also by sharing helpful information about the promotional days for cheaper wash-and-fold services and which machines would help keep costs down. Her customer service and genuine willingness to help really stood out, especially during a time when everyone is trying to be mindful of expenses. She made my first visit such a positive experience, and because of her, this will definitely be my go-to laundromat moving forward. Thank you, Sharita, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

  Wonderful service. From overnight to management, consistent attention to customers and their needs. Prices are affordable and they have several specials. Go online to the website and register. There will be no need to have to do an extra wash or dryer cycle. Preserving your dollars.

  I came and got my clothes cleaned yesterday and the young lady was so adamant about giving me a call about comforter not being price right with my clothes being clean instead of making sure that my clothes were clean property you can tell that whoever washed my clothes I was told a young lady named sharita washed my clothes And she must’ve washed my clothes with some black clothes or something cause my white clothes are dingy she did not try to put no bleach in them they don’t look bright I’ve had them done just recently by someone else and when I bought them home they were clean I called myself trying this company but I should’ve known something by the way that she was acting and called me about a comforter something made me wanna go back then and I really wish I would’ve followed my first mind I do not recommend this service unless you go get it from somewhere else I really wanted it by the lady named Miranda to do it because I’ve been here some good reviews about her however a waste of time and a waste of my money and I will continue to go back to the Chinese man I’ve been dealing with because obviously people don’t care about people‘s clothes here I went back to the location to speak to the assistant manager today and showed her the difference in my clothes and had her we weigh my clothes while I was Talking with her the manager called and basically told me I had to wait until this manager which is her boss get back from off of vacation in order for them to rectify the damage that they had did to my clothes I even showed the young lady a difference of two pillowcases and how one was darker than the other I even recorded this conversation because I’m over it no one is going to tell me to wait when I’ve shown proof of damages my clothes and then tell me I gotta wait till people get off of vacation to get my money back I want my money back and I want my money for this damages this was my first time coming here no one told me when I came there I needed to separate my clothes or I needed to provide my own bleach no one told me any of these instructions while I was in their face or over the phone with them about the conditions to keep my clothes clean in or healthy no I just called back up here today and was told by Miranda that the district manager seen my complaint online and basically said she was not going to do anything because I put a review online which I was instructed by their employee to add a review about my clothes being damaged so I will be filing a complaint with the necessary people for someone to tell me that they’re not gonna give me my money after damaging my clothes Went and repaid to get my clothes clean can u see the difference after being told the district manager was mad at my review and and the manager say my clothes was spectated so they don’t understand the damages and I can get my money back

  I had a wonderful experience with Sharita at Speed Queen. She was incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the process. Sharita went above and beyond to help me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made the experience easy and stress free..
