Our clothes were all mixed up like our sock were not paired and they were hidden between folded clothes. This is not the usual way we have received our clothes. Owner needs to make it right before we use the wash and fold services! We are scrambling all over our house looking for missed clothing!

She showed me how to use the app and was very patient and I know she was busy with other work assignments because she was folding clothes when I walked in. But not once did she make me feel as if I was asking too many questions or I was bothering her. The whole place was clean and the washer and dryers work very well. I hope to see Ms. Mary everytime I come because I will be returning to this location every time I have to wash. Thank you Ms. Mary!!! See you again soon!!!!
