  Great service, from easy scheduling to thorough review of the issues to clear explanation of the solution and pricing. Amy with scheduling and Morgan with our backflow repair were excellent. Pricing is reasonable and the value received was clear. Amazing team!

  SW irrigation installed my sprinklers and I always have them come out because they are phenomenal. My daughter needed help with her used sprinkler on a house she bought. I contacted SW irrigation and Michael Roberts came out and got her sprinkler system working again. We eventually had problems with two sprinkler heads. Michael came out again with Thomas Leifson. They are great guys. I stood out there and watched them work in 100 degree temperatures and they had a sense of humor and were in good spirits the entire time. They got us up and running in no time. They also checked the entire system to make sure we had no other issues. Again, I’ve never been disappointed with SW irrigation. Thank you fellas.

  Michael and Thomas were able to find the 4 remaining valves I had been searching for. 2 of which were buried very deep in the ground. Great service and experts in their field. Give them a call for your irrigation needs. Great company that will make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work.

  ABSOLUTELY THE BEST KNOWLEDGEABLE TECH! ✅✅✅🔥🔥🔥 In order for me to join any memberships,I must see the value, that value doesn’t have to be profiting me but, there has to be a value! 😌 I’ve had my sprinkler system about 6yrs now, so not old, beat up, and tired rte 🤣 I had a small issue, I went to good Ole Google and saw SouthWest Irrigation, I’ve never turned back since 😌 (YES I’M A MEMBER🤣…YOU’RE BOUt TO SEE WHY?) Let’s start with their TOP TECH Grady, OMGOSH when Grady shows up, ALL problems are solved! He’s a get it DONE, KIND, PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and genuinely CARES about his customers, his job, and the experience KINDA GUY! He’s NOT here to rush your job, and on to the next! Our very first interaction he, explained everything about my sprinkler system, controls, operations, proper usage, water days, time to water, how long to water etc. He even revealed to me that my rain detector, pretty sure that’s not the rte name but HEY…the weather thingy 🤣 but it was cut and damaged during lawn care, it was placed in a very weird position. I’ve seen it, BUT NEVER knew it was important, and something attached to my sprinkler system 🤣 it it wasn’t for Grady I would just think, look at that pice of wire? Haha…Also, Grady went out of his way and hand write my water days along with times etc, without me asking 🥳 What more could you asked for? 🤔 Anyone that goes the extra mile or do a bit extra without me asking, is a WINNER in my book! 📕 In today’s society most ppl offer the bare minimum, just to jump on to the next for the next dollar, without caring if they properly addressed the customer’s concerns? Grady finds a way to get it done, even if it takes a while or a few tries…he goes above and beyond, without you asking! He makes reasonable recommendations, and most importantly if you agree for repairs, it gets taken care of on SITE! 🔥He’s just an AMAZING person, very personable, soft spoken, listens, and gets the job done, most importantly he’s not showing up to swindle you. He’s very upfront, and makes no suggestions of issues until he actually touches/examines your system, which all makes perfectly good sense! 😌 This company has reputable I’m DEFINITELY 💯 RECOMMENDING Grady to anyone seeking EXCEPTIONAL services. He’s HONEST, doesn’t speak frequently, doesn’t over talk you, or too fast to confuse and manipulate you 🤣 into spending money replacing something that’s just NOT broken. I’ve been with this company going on my 2nd yr, they have done a wonderful job, they even offer affordable membership packages…like I said I’M EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service and pleasant EXPERIENCE I’ve had with this company. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
