  Unbelievably skilled. But you can't rush the process. I left a small mug in many pieces and multi-colored. It took a few months for the repair but you cannot tell that it was ever broken. If your broken item is important enough to repair for whatever reason, this is the place. Really just incredible that this work can be done.

  I had two glass items repaired by River Oaks Glass Design and Repair and I was delighted by the results. You could not even say that my glass items were ever broken. They repaired an antique Murano Glass large vase and a clear crystal candy dish. Tim and Ed are very pleasant and professional. It does take months to get your repairs back, but they are done perfectly and worth the wait.

  This is not a review of the actual repair reserve but rather the customer service. I went into the shop to gather a quote and the older man helping me might have been the rudest, condescending person I have ever met. I initially thought it was an act and he was going to start laughing at some point, but that is truly how he interacts with customers. I declined to leave my piece with them for repairs after the encounter.

  Simply amazing work. This clock was my Dad's, and I purchased it from the estate. It was severely damaged in shipping, with parts of the black and the green stone in various size pieces both large and small. I was heartbroken. Never in a million years would I have expected to see it put back together like this, just amazing. I am very grateful!
