I had two chipped vases which needed TLC. And that is what they got at River Oaks Glass. I will say one thing - they take time - but are thorough. The end result is flawless! Thank you to all the team. And I enjoy the conversations at the store too!!

I had two glass items repaired by River Oaks Glass Design and Repair and I was delighted by the results. You could not even say that my glass items were ever broken. They repaired an antique Murano Glass large vase and a clear crystal candy dish. Tim and Ed are very pleasant and professional. It does take months to get your repairs back, but they are done perfectly and worth the wait.

This is not a review of the actual repair reserve but rather the customer service. I went into the shop to gather a quote and the older man helping me might have been the rudest, condescending person I have ever met. I initially thought it was an act and he was going to start laughing at some point, but that is truly how he interacts with customers. I declined to leave my piece with them for repairs after the encounter.
