- DHDr Polly Heil-MealeyApr 7, 20251.0Very disappointed with my recent service. My bill was double what it was previously. The itemized bill said that different parts were replaced. When we finally were able to speak with a representative after more than a month's delay, they said that the fire extinguisher had been replaced. The fire extinguisher is right in front of our front desk, and the receptionist saw every move the technician made. No parts replaced. No fire extinguisher replaced. Only the tag was replaced. The technician was not in the building more than 3 minutes. Dishonesty has no place in business, This company is not welcome here any more.

They sent out a Chuck who was amazing from day one. He was patient with me since I didn’t really know anything about the process but informed me of everything he was doing and always asked permission before doing something. He was able to get my 2 buildings and 2 warehouses up to code. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
