  Booked a service window of 3:00–5:00 PM online and received a confirmation. Got a reminder before 3:00 reiterating the same window — but then, complete silence. At 4:45 PM, I finally received an email saying the tech was running late with no ETA. I called in to get clarity, and they said they’d check with the tech and call back. They did call back and said he’d arrive by 6:00 — but again, no updates until 5:52 PM, when an email said the tech was “15 minutes away.” He arrived 30 minutes after that. Nearly three hours of waiting with no proactive communication is simply unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own service appointment. As for the repair itself — the booking listed an $89 service fee. Once the tech assessed my microwave, he quoted $270+ taxes for what turned out to be a door latch/lock issue — essentially a part that had come loose and took about 45. mins. The fix felt straightforward, and the final price felt significantly overpriced for the actual work involved. I went ahead with the repair because I had no other option at that point, but I wouldn’t book with this company again. Better communication and more transparent pricing would go a long way

  This is the most amazing service I have ever received. (I never write reviews.). Washer locked up with clothes inside. Called Saturday, they were out that afternoon. Needed mother board. It came in on Monday late day and they still installed it the same day. He arrived after 5 and stayed until it was installed, programmed, and tested. Amazing work ethic! Igor went above and beyond. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is truly a service company.

  Ilez from Max Appliance Repair replaced two burners of my GE electric cooktop. During the whole process, he was very professional and showed extreme attentions to details. There were two things striking me the most. He took time to perfectly align one burner to the circle on the glass top and patiently removed all the residual sealant everywhere from countertop surface to all sides of cooktop. I am very satisfied with his work.

  I called for a washer repair and the technician Bogdan came within 25 minutes and sent me a text giving me an ETA. Yes there’s a trip charge but it’s applied to the service charge if you use their service. He arrived and identified the issue right away and had the part ready to go. He is nice and straight forward and gave me tips on how to maintain the washer. He was in and out within 40 minutes. Their price is reasonable too. Will use them again.

  I was very optimistic when I first called and was able to schedule same day service with this repair company. However things started to go downhill soon after. I was given a time window of 12-2 so we went to get breakfast as our stove was not working. The technician called at 11 saying he was at our home, we let him know we were out and would be back by 12. He seemed a bit annoyed by this but we didn’t read much into it, as it was over the phone. We called him at 12 when we were back home and he said he would arrive in 5 minutes. He showed up at 1:55. He took a look at stove and said he needed to order the part and part with labor would be 335. When I called , I was told that the 89$ call fee went towards the repair so he did state that it was. I asked if we could look around for a used stove and let him know within a couple of hours if we wanted to move forward with the repair, he said that was fine and he would just collect the 89$ call fee for now. My husband paid him and I later noticed that the technician charged sales tax on the call fee which I have never seen before done before and honestly made me feel a bit uneasy. We texted him in less than an hour that we wanted to get the repairs , no reply, called Sunday, no answer. Called Monday, whoever I spoke with (which sounded an awful lot like the technicia) said he would let technician know. I never got a call back, text or email confirming anything so my husband called and said he spoke with a woman that told him we were on the calendar for today between 9-11. So I canceled my plans for the day to be here and he never showed up! I truly had a feeling that they were just going to pocket the call fee money but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Would not recommend!
