Constantin came to the house on time. Diagnosed the issue and quoted 350 for part replacement. In addition noted the microwave could be replaced for around $500. During disassembly noticed a faulty plug, repaired plug for a total of $175.. Super honest and will recommend to anyone seeking appliance repair.

Literally charged me $270 and I washed one load and the agitator completely fell off! I'm really not happy. Definitely needing some one to get back to me immediately. Update..I was informed my washer couldn't be fixed without a very expensive part so I was refunded instead. I appreciate the honesty and good business practice.

Afir from Max Appliance Repair just left my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. My Capital oven had been out of service for over a month, and Max Appliance Repair was the third company we contacted, but the first one that was able to come out and help. Afir arrived 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Even better, he had the necessary part in his vehicle and was able to complete the repair on the spot. Throughout the visit, he was professional, respectful, and kind. He took the time to explain exactly why the oven had stopped working and answered all of my questions. Thanks to Afir and Max Appliance Repair, my oven is working perfectly again. After such a smooth and positive experience, I won’t hesitate to call them first the next time I need an appliance repaired. Highly recommended!

Our GE dryer is taking twice as long to dry despite the vent being expertly cleaned out so we called Max Appliance Repair for Plano. Tech moved our appointment twice (after in the appointment window) then showed up wreaking of marijuana. He fiddled with our dryer dials and then proceeded on a long mansplaining speech about his expert opinion is that all is fine with our dryer. He then asked for payment….to the manager’s credit, when we called to state why we weren’t paying, he offered to send another technician to address our appliance free of charge. We politely declined and recommend he check on his tech’s ability to drive…he said they do a drug test on their employees and we suggested they do another one on him today. Our expert consumer opinion is to not call Max Appliance of Plano.
