The technician from Max Appliance Repair replaced the heating element In my older (2012) model, Bosch dishwasher Initially, and it worked for a few cycles. Then it stopped heating the water again. The technician came back out for free and identified that the heater relay also needed to be replaced. When he came back out, he replaced the heater relay and another switch and now the unit is working well. They did not charge me for labor on any subsequent visits, only the parts. I essentially have a new dishwasher! Thanks again Khsaum!

Repairman came and helped checked out dryer cause flow sense kept beeping on my LG dryer during the cycle. Tried to figure it out and did some maintenance, seems like dryer has no issue so it should be the vent for the apartment. I was so shocked when the same repairman came by the next day and was telling me that he was thinking about the issue with my dryer the whole day after and wanted to come take a second look. Shows how responsible and professional they are! Very satisfied and he even gave me some tips to see if changing of settings and stuff work and how to increase my dryer and washer’s lifespan. Will definitely hire them again if any of my appliances has an issue!

My oven igniter went out a few months ago, called them and they were very swift with their response and coming to replace. However, after supposedly getting a brand new igniter in the oven and using it only a handful of times since then, my new igniter has already gone out. They also only guarantee their work for 30 days. I paid almost $400 for parts and labor to be back in the same situation 3 months later. For that amount of money I would hope for a longer warranty. Pretty disappointed with the service overall.

Andrii was amazing. They showed up same day after the first company I called didn’t show up. Initially tried cleaning it to fix but it stopped working the next day. Came back out a couple days later with a replacement part and got it fixed in under an hour. Paid a total of $400 which felt a little high for a $50 part replacement and since my washer is for sale at Home Depot for $580. If affordability is an issue, I’d risk going with a smaller company, if you have the budget and it’s a time emergency I’d recommend Max!
