Ive been coming to this Lowes for the past 5 years. The staff here for the greater part are condescending, rude and impatient. The manger whos been there now a few years, a tall gentleman is the worst of them all. Every conversation that ive had with him is short, condescending and ive seen people walk away shaking their heads. It all starts with leadership and it includes the leader before him. The leaders have set the tone and too many employees have followed suit. A place like Lowe's is expected to have to answer questions, even the rhetorical ones.

Jayland is the best Manager Lowe’s has in all of Houston it’s worth driving is expertise with appliances is amazing Along with his expertise of Customer service and representing Lowe’s, after a glitched app and credit card fraud alert that locked my card I lost discounts. The Lowe’s on 2920 couldn’t help, was like a deer in head lights when I explained everything but Jaylan’s jumped right to help from our first call to in person ooo he’s great promote this man to store manager or regional he saved my day and my emergency/vacation funds for my kidos, thank you again Jayland for all that you do!!!

Customer for 20+ years, bought 1 bad product, Lowe’s did nothing to fix or offer a solution.
Sold “Lemon” washer (both washer and dryer). Washer never worked - told that because 48 hours had gone, we would have go through LG. Spent 3 months providing photos/videos, technicians that could prove that the clothes did not come out clean. Was offered a 2 year warranty for a washer they could not fix if we buy a new washer and 15% off my next purchase. Lowe’s did nothing but apologize and said they could not do anything. I called this stored multiple times begging for them to do the right thing. Called corporate as well. Lowe’s does not stand behind the products they sell and said “sorry we can’t do anything”. Multiple washers bought, thousands of dollars of items bought with Lowe’s. Will never spend a single dollar with this company again. Despite providing overwhelming documentation of a washer that does not clean clothes, they will not replace or credit back the “Lemon”. Spoke with Lowe’s Management several times and while they were always polite, they offered no real solution or accountability that they sold me a lemon product.
For reference all three technicians were able to demonstrate the washer works, it just does not “clean” clothes. I did not buy a cheap unit, I’ve had several other washers, but I recommend you do not buy from this store. They also didn’t sell me the correct connections initially and the installation people had to come back several times to properly install the washer. The technician were nice but they commented the sales person should have known the correct connections. I don’t think an extended warranty would have been a solution either because LG maintains that because the machine “ran” it worked. We could run a load 2 times and the clothes still were not really clean.
I appreciate the lesson learned, never buy a product from Lowes again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
