I purchased a dishwasher with installation and haul away of the old one. The installer took the old one and didn't do the install. We have been through all the managers and the 3rd party installers. We get excuses and no restitution. Dishwasher is still in the middle of my kitchen. Just beware of the lousy customer service.

The customer service is terrible! I requested a measurement and installation for two bathroom vanities. The measurements were done and over a week passed without a follow-up and quote. Each time I called about it I was given a runaround. The clerk was rude and acted like my call was a nuisance. He told me it was almost 5:00 and someone would call me back. Over a week passed and no call back. The contractor hired by Lowes informed me that they gave a quote for the vanity insulation the same day as the measurements were done. Lowes dropped the ball and never called back. This is unacceptable business practice. They have wasted my time. Run like Forrest Gump from Lowes. The company doesn’t value their customers!

I came here after leaving the Lowes in Sugarland highly upset. I needed to buy 15 boards for my child's bed which broke. I also needed to have them cut several inches shorter. The clerk in the wood department in Sugarland stated that he would only cut 5 boards. He was very unprofessional and was not even busy.
Coming here, Orlando assisted me with everything. He was so professional and took the time out to cut the boards for me. I also needed screws and more stuff. Everyone at this location was more than willing to assist me finding things and made my experience so much more positive. Thanks Orlando for your patience and professionalism.
