  Very frustrating. Tried to pick up curbside and was forced to pick up inside. Had two small children in car seats at the time. Don't offer curbside pickup if you don't honor it.

  I was very disappointed with the supervisor’s arrogant and discourteous tone. I found a garden mist Free Country UPF 50+ Sun Protection Women's White Light weight Knit Long sleeve Half zip that was displayed on a rack with eight other identical items marked with a 50% discount. When I went to pay, they told me I had to see the supervisor because it did not have any discount. When I finally found him, he told me, in a very dismissive manner, that it was “obvious” the item was not on sale and that customers intentionally place items on that rack to try to get the discount. I wasted 20 minutes dealing with this issue, and not even an apology was offered. Regardless of the pricing issue, I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. This is clearly shown in the photo the light blue t-shirts.

  Spent nearly $10,000 buying several sets of doors. Two of the four doors were delivered defective. It's been 4 months now, and I'm still dealing with it. Find another provider... not worth the headache.

  Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. I placed an online order for an item that was clearly showing IN STOCK on the Lowe’s app. I drove to the store expecting to pick up an order I had already placed at the advertised price of $229. Instead, I was told the order had been canceled—even though the exact same item was physically sitting in the store. At that point, an associate initially told me, “Don’t worry, we can fix that.” I was told they could simply cancel/reprocess the transaction and honor the original $229 price, pending supervisor approval. That’s when the situation went completely downhill. A supervisor came over with an absolutely terrible attitude and immediately began arguing that online prices are different from in-store prices. Despite the fact that I had already placed the order online at $229 and Lowe’s had represented the item as being in stock, she flat-out refused to honor the price. Then another employee, Will, wearing a red vest, was brought into the situation and gave me the exact same response. Instead of actually trying to resolve a problem created by Lowe’s own ordering/inventory system, both employees essentially told me that I would have to pay $279 plus tax if I wanted the exact same item that I had already ordered for $229. This is not about $50. It is about Lowe’s accepting an order, advertising an item as available, allowing me to drive to the store, canceling the order without properly notifying me, and then expecting me to pay more for the exact same merchandise that was sitting right there. The complete lack of accountability and willingness to help was absolutely unacceptable. What made it worse was the dismissive and confrontational attitude from management and the employee who was called over to handle the situation. I expect better from a major national retailer. If Lowe’s makes a mistake with an online order, the customer should not be punished financially for it. I am formally requesting that Lowe’s investigate this incident, review the transaction and cancellation history, and address the conduct of the employees involved. I also expect Lowe’s to explain why I was denied the $229 price that I legitimately received when I placed my order despite the merchandise being available in the store. Extremely disappointed. Lowe’s needs to do better.

  I run a local business and spend hundreds of dollars here daily in cash, but the experience today at this Katy Freeway location was completely unacceptable. This is the only Lowe’s location I ever go to. I sent one of my regular team members in with a dark clear rooftop panel to return/exchange for store credit. The item was brand new with a scannable barcode intact. Instead of helping him with a standard no-receipt cash return, staff treated him with suspicion and he left to the panel and they had me come in. I had to waste time driving down here in peak traffic to sort it out. Employees named Flor and another associate assured me Customer Service would issue a store credit, wrote down the item number, and sent me across the store. After going through the entire verification process again at the counter, they turned around and refused store credit, claiming they couldn't prove it came from Lowe's—despite the scannable barcode on the product. I left the panel right there at Customer Service pro tools. Treating daily commercial customers with this level of disrespect and giving conflicting policies across the store is terrible business. Home Depot has never given me a runaround like this. I expect management to review the cameras, address how my team was treated, and rectify the store credit for the item left in their possession.
