To be quite honest, some of the staff are rude and not helpful at all and the petty part of me wants to call them out. However, there are also some staff members that are great with their Customer Service skills and have even gone above and beyond to help me find a missing personal item. I continue going to Lowes because they seem to have everything that I need that every other hardware store doesn’t; however, more so due to one employee, Kathy who has gave exceptional service each time I come - just makes me love the place even more. So, to Management, you need to find more Kathy’s when hiring and less rude cranky, key “non helpera” and commend her for a job well. As someone who hires and fires people in the Customer Service world; she’s somebody I would absolutely hire. So to Kathy - if something ever goes wrong - reach out to me and let me know. I’ll have a job waiting for you.

Awful location. Lady at the customer service immediately denied request for price match. Spoke to manager, manager stated they do price match Amazon. He walked off to answer a call while we were pulling up specific information for the price match. Customer service not dictating where the entrance of the line was. $15 difference was quoted as “steep”. Will not be returning to Lowe’s.

Flooring Delivery Issue:
This has been a bad experience all around to the point where I was about to just cancel the order all together. Your quality of service leaves Lowes when you outsource the deliveries. The in store experience was ok, with no response to emails with questions. The one associate who helped the most was Giovanni Valdez, he was very attentive. First time the delivery was scheduled they were a no show, driver went to wrong store for pick up and availability of product was not in store, this is after I had to schedule a whole day off work for a delivery that may arrive within a 4 hour window which actually is a 8 hour window. The delivery was rescheduled for 6/1/26 from 8am to 12pm, driver shows up around 4pm hours after window. Then the driver refused to place tile in the house like I was told they were going to do. When I was in the process of purchasing this large order i asked all the questions, and yes I was told "oh yes they will place in your home at time of delivery" which is why i chose to go the delivery route. Driver said that is not his job and when asked his name he said you don't need to know that, wow so friendly. In the end we had to place all the tile inside ourselves as it was just left on driveway, where if we had not been there to move it inside it would just be stolen. I know nothing will probably come of this, but I hope that Lowes actually follows through with some sort of response and compensation.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
