    This store will do anything to get out of taking returns. They don’t even try to hide the fact that they just don’t want to do it. At first they refuse to look up your order number, and their excuses keep evolving as you give them additional information. I’m not sure what the motivation is but after the same thing happening multiple times at this location only, it appears to be intentional.

    Terrible experience, staff is non existent even when I find someone to help they dissappear before locating the product in question. If the items where in the proper aisle, I would have been able to locate them from the website, but they arnt and thus require finding someone to "help" or dissappear when asked for assistance I reached out to the number below and its just the general customer service line. I told them that I was reaching out because of the response below and they said there isnt anything they can do. Not sure why you would have me waste more time but I wish I could leave negative stars now.

    The customer service manager is incompetent. She literally said that we couldn't return an item that was shipped with a lowes shipping label attached to it because "there's no proof of purchase". The order number is on the shipping label, as has been done by every major corporation for 20 years. She was incredibly rude and argued that that order number was not sufficient, despite telling us originally we had to have an order number or receipt. She additionally just walked away to let the clearly new worker try to figure out how to do a exchange. I cannot believe she made it into management with so little knowledge about how to do simple returns. Surprise surprise, the order number on the package was actually sufficient to return the item.

    I only go for plants and the plants are always dying but I do get them marked down sometimes lol. Great plants, care is lacking a bit. So I took off a star for quality of the plants upon purchase. Doesn't take too much effort or time for them to bounce back. Plants pictured are not clearance plants and typically in good condition to come from a big box store.

    Easy in and out for the $2 mulch. Got flowering plants for half price on the clearance shelves too. Everything looked healthy and fully stocked. Aisles were clean and they were making sure water was being cleaned up too. Forgot my Lowe's card and employee kind enough to help look it up, easy peasey.
