At this point, I’m not sure if I shop at Lowe’s or if Lowe’s is slowly becoming a member of my family.
We buy plants. 🌱
We buy wood. 🪵
We buy caulk.
We buy lightbulbs. 💡
We buy things we absolutely did NOT come in for. 😂
And if Lowe’s had a loyalty program based on how much money we’ve spent there, I’d probably be entitled to a free employee by now.
But our favorite thing? We ALWAYS go to Lowe’s for our mini item giveaways. If there’s a tiny tool, miniature plant, little gadget, or some other unnecessary object that we suddenly decide is essential to our happiness… WE’RE GETTING IT. 😂
At this point, walking into Lowe’s is basically:
“Let’s just look around.”
Three hours later:
“Why do we own a pressure washer?”
Lowe’s, I’d like to apologize for nothing. We will be back. We will buy more plants. We will buy more wood. We will buy more caulk. We will buy more lightbulbs.
And yes… we will absolutely be back for the tiny stuff. ❤️😂

I have been waiting for 40 minutes and counting for my order to be located and be brought out to my vehicle. It is a tub - not a small thing which begs the question: how do you loose a tub? After about 15 minutes of waiting, I went inside the store to inquire about my order. I was told an associate was on it and would bring it out. After another 15 minutes, I called the store - getting ahold of a store manager was a journey in itself. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident and has cost my contractors and me a lot of wasted time, and therefore money.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer combo, which my actual location did not have. They delivered my washer, but as for my dryer, for some reason, I had to physically pick up. They couldn’t change it to delivery. Why, no one really had a straight answer; all were different excuses. I waited still for another week till I got both an email and text message that my order was ready for pickup. The store I had to go pick up my dryer was 48 minutes away. No problem, right. It’s not as if I’m walking. No biggie. But with traffic, coming from 45 south to this north side location made it a way longer trip.
Long story short, I get here. I check in through both the app and the text messages for curbside pickup. We waited for about 35 minutes, until I decided to go inside and check what the problem was. Turns out, they told me that I was not checked in, when clearly, I used two ways to check in.
I am standing here still waiting for them to bring me my dryer after 20 minutes. I had to recheck-in again by scanning the barcode. And still no one knows what is going on! This is so frustrating and upsetting. Especially because I have to drive all the way back home across town through traffic.
