Charles has been absolutely wonderful! I went in there twice frantically looking for paint to cover up messes I made on walls. He walked me through color matching and calmed my nerves at the same time. It was truly a pleasure being schooled by someone so knowledgeable. One of my biggest pet peeves here is always being watched at self checkout. The cashiers will literally walk around like they’re looking for something just to see what you put in your bag/cart. If you want to ensure people aren’t stealing, why not just do away with self checkout and allow us to be rung up at a regular register? It just feels disrespectful.

I had an outstanding experience at Lowe's, thanks to Asata in customer service. From the moment I walked in, Asata was attentive, friendly infectious smile, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Their product knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made a huge difference — it's rare to get service this good these days. Lowe's is lucky to have an employee like Asata representing the brand. I'll definitely be back, and I hope management recognizes the great work Asata is doing!

So very disappointed in the customer service I wish I would have never in life shop here. I purchased a brand new washer and dryer top of the line Maytag that cost over $2,400.00 they made me purchase a install kit and told me it was needed to keep me up to code anf that I would have to have a license plumber install it or it would void the warranty .
After waiting two weeks after paying. It finally got delivered. None of the new kit was used. My old washer and dryer was about 23 years old. So i guess it was up to code.But I guess 🤷 all the 23 year old parts work on the brand new washer and dryer. Told the manager and he said that he would resend someone out to do the job right. Been about 3 weeks still waiting. $2,400. Maybe not a lot for some but we work very hard .and all we want is to get what we pay for.
