  I accidentally damaged a light fixture after hiring a technician who installed it incorrectly. When I brought the broken fixture back to the store, they explained that they couldn’t repair it, but they would do their best to contact the manufacturer to see if anything could be done. They were honest and made no promises, so I assumed nothing would come of it since the damage was my fault. About a month later, I was shocked when Nick called and told me my replacement fixture was ready for pickup. I truly didn’t expect that level of customer care. Thank you to Nick and the team for going the extra mile. I highly recommend Lighting Plus Inc. if you’re looking for quality lighting and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future lighting purchases!
